The Grand Canyon was calling.  Actually it was Guide Dog saying “Here Boy”.  I was scheduled for another 100-miler the same weekend, but the choice was easily made.  Run in the Grand Canyon, or yet another 100.  Be with my friends, or….  Well, you get it.

Since I was fit, I decided to do a quadruple crossing, aka the double-double.
